Project Proposal Presentation Session

Every final year project students have to participate in this session.In this presentation session,every students will be provided with 2 assessors to evaluate their project proposal presentation.During this session,students have to explain to their assesor about their project and at the same time try to convince them about our project that can be finished in 1 year period.

My assesor will be from different department which is  Electronic Section and Communication Section:

Slideshow for presentation (DRAFT)

For the following 2 weeks,my supervisor ask me to prepare my presentation slide because in WEEK 13 there will be presentation sesson with my assessor.So in order to keep me prepare with my project explaination,this following 1 month period can give me a proper time frame to be ready with good presentation slideshow.The criteria of the presentation slideshow will be shown below:

Criteria's

A Problem statement
  1.Clearly explain the need of the project

B Slide Presentation
  (demonstrate an adequate knowledge in the project development,clear purposes,logical    sequence,fluency through the literature review)
  2.Discuss literature review - (has anybody done this kind of project before)
  3.Explain the objective and methodology used in the project
  4.Discuss the progress of the project

C Technical Questions.
  There are 3 questions will ask in this section

Research Server Virtualization

After completing my research on SME's server,virtual machine and virtual software.I continue my research on Server Virtualization.I'm new in server virtualization development,so i have to begin my research from the beginning.In my research i use "4 wives 1 husband" methodology.With this method,i can narrow down my research to "what","which","why","when" and "how" the server virtualization.In my proposal i have include some picture that can help me find the answer for my reasearch in server virtualization.

Research on Virtual Machine and Virtual Software

 Virtual Machine :

A virtual machine is a type of computer application used to create a virtual environment, which is referred to as virtualization. Virtualization allows the user to see the infrastructure of a network through a process of aggregation. Virtualization may also be used to run multiple operating systems at the same time. Through the help of a virtual machine, the user can operate software located on the computer platform.

Virtual Software:

There are many virtual software that can be used. The user of  Microsoft operation system (OS) can use Windows Virtual PC, Microsoft Virtual PC 2007, VMware Player 3.0 and Virtual Box 3.0.Linux operation system (OS) also have their own virtualization application like Xen, Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM), Linux-VServer and User Mode Linux (UML).
