Research on Proxmox VE
For my project,i
used open source software based on Linux Operating System (OS) that called
Proxmox VE.My supervisor encourage me to use this software because it user
friendly.Proxmox VE is a powerful Open Source Server Virtualization Platform,
based on KVM and OpenVZ.Proxmox VE is the best choice for server virtualization
because it can gives near-bare-metal performance and leading scalability for our
workloads.In other words,you can virtualize even the most demanding application
workloads.
Below are the features of Proxmox VE :

Kernel-based
Virtual Machine (KVM) is a full virtualization solution for Linux on x86
hardware containing virtualization extensions.It consists of a loadable kernel
module that provides the core virtualization infrastructure and a processor
specific module.
OpenVZ is
container-based virtualization for Linux. OpenVZ creates multiple secure,
isolated Linux containers on a single physical server enabling better server
utilization and ensuring that applications do not conflict.Each container
performs and executes exactly like a stand-alone server; a container can be
rebooted independently and have root access, users, IP addresses, memory,
processes, files, applications, system libraries and configuration files.
